Mavna was used to dark green water, slightly yellow skies, and the sunlight bleeding through teal clouds. The water here in the holodeck- Well, ‘water,’ was fairly foreign to her, even with her time at SFA, but it still felt familiar. 777 already felt like home. The holodeck only helped make things more comfortable.
Vesta did too, though there was a part of her that was worried saying that would be too forward. She let out a little laugh, “Many more, I’ll hold you to it.”
Her somewhat teasing expression melted into a very touched one, “Hey, it’s okay. That’s how it goes sometimes, right? And you’re back now, so…” She paused before giggling, “Goddess, um- I did…miss you. And…I’m glad you’re back,” It seemed like the both of them were struggling for words, which was rare for the confident Mavna.
